Our Carbon and Stainless steel pipework installation services range from any size and any process, including steam, water, air etc. We offer a ways and means of installation, be it coded and orbitally welded, BSP threaded or push fit.
We offer a range of bespoke packaged pipework systems, including heat exchanger packages and condensate recovery units. We have a close working relationship with a large global steam supplier who we fabricate pipework and build units for on their behalf.
For processes that require heating or cooling during production we are able to offer an on site install aswell as a selection of purpose made products, Commonly known as Jacketed Pipework, the valves and fittings are made from 316 Stainless Steel internals and 304 or 316 Stainless Steel external (depending on customer preference). These come with connections for filling the jacket with the preferred heating or cooling medium.

We have a range of fabrication services we can offer, from a small carbon steel guard up to a large stainless steel vessel. We have a fully equipped workshop based in denton holme, carlisle.
AR Technical can offer mechanical design and draughting services using AutoCAD, Inventor & Solidworks. We are experienced in factory layouts, feasibility & concept design, machine design and full manufacturing detail drawing packages, industrial pipework design and manufacturing detail drawings/isometrics.
We specialise in both carbon and stainless steel tig welding with all of our welders certified to BS EN ISO 15614-1 : 2017.
We are pleased to announce we have recently acquired a closed chamber orbital welding machine. Orbital welding is a technique whereby the welding tool is rotated through 360° around a static workpiece to allow for a uniform weld around pipes and tubes. The orbital welding process can create high quality repeatable welds with the use of a computer, meaning that there is little need for intervention from a welding operator. This makes it the perfect piece of equipment for welding of process/hygiene and jacketed pipework. The controller will also produce a weld report for each and every weld ensuring all welds match pre-approved test pieces.
